Drill! Wow! 25 years later and I am still
doing it! My very first team was the Trails End Challengers. Then I
moved on to create the Silverados. Then, one more time in 1996, created the best team of all, American Made Rodeo Drill Team!
I have been a Drillmaster
for years on past teams and currently the Drillmaster of American Made
since the team was formed. American Made is a terrific team in that
we travel once a year out of state for competition. We have a great
bunch of gals...both young & "younger" and have become
a very close knit team. We involve our family & friends who are
very supportive of our sport. We have great sponsors who actually travel
with us to our competitions.
I have a daughter named Anna,
age 10 and she helps the team by driving her mini and stagecoach in parades
as the team pooper scooper. Anna hopes to be on the team soon! She currently stoled my horse and joined the Flying Hoofs 4-H club. In August
2004, I got married on horseback to a wonderful man, Steve. He is a
great support to our team...Steve is truly a "drill ladies dream"
as some would say! He handles all our music and pooper scooper equipment
for parades (don't think he has missed one practice or event). He is
a big assest to our team!
Currently at our ranch, the
Triple Deuce Palomino Ranch, we have 6 horses,1
mini, 1 mini donkey, 6 cows, , 2 dogs, 3 cats and 1 rabbit!
All of these animals keep us quite busy! My families other hobby is
riding quads & sand rails at the dunes and driving mini's. We are also very involved with Equi-Faith in Tonasket WA and enjoy going over there.
I have worked for the State of Washington
for 27 years and would love to retire soon!

My new horse Paris playing in the snow!
I am very excited about the
2007 drill team season with our new members!.
God Bless
