ALESIA COLLINS

Hello, my name is Alesia Collins. I started my horse career showing Apaloosas. My first horse, Susie Bright Eyes, is actually the exact same age as I am! We have won many blue ribbons and many, many titles together! Suzie is now retired to giving my nieces and nephews pony rides!

I have since moved on to running my own boarding, training, and breeding facility, David Fields Training Stables. We primarily focus on breeding and showing Tennessee Walking Horses, but in 2010 we decided to expand to breeding, training, and showing both the Paints and Quater Horses. We purchased Olena's Man of Color, a homozygous tobiano colt, who is out of some of the world's top cutting and reining horses. He was bred to Jackie Ryan's mare (a fellow American made team member) Flozzi Impressive for a 2011 foal...we are hoping for a buckskin tobiano! We are also very excited to breed Olena's Man of Color to our newly acquired brood mares for 2012 foals!! On top of all of that I also love to barrel race. It is very exiting and thrilling to me to be on the back of a horse that is giving its all to you at top speed!

I have been a member of American Made since 2010... I first tried out with one of Jackie Ryan's horses, Lakota, but then moved on to my mare, Miss Ideal Dandy, but she was soon diagnosed with stifle issues. So I made the hard decision to replace her and am now training my next drill and barrel prospect, Ultimate Jetstar. He has amazing potential, and I'm very exited to see what he will bring me in the future!

I can't wait to see what else is in store for me with American Made!
