Welcome to the American Made Website! My name is Jenelle Hutnik and I have been riding with American Made since 2008. I started riding on American Made with my horses Missy and Mia, and now I am riding on my new horse, Baby.

Missy is a 22 year old Quarter Horse mare who has taught me more than I ever thought I would know about horses! She is currently being leased out and is teaching a young girl all that she has taught me. Mia is an 11 year old paint mare who is a blast to ride! We have done team penning, sorting, a little cutting, trail riding, and a little barrel racing (just for fun.) Baby is my new project and is SO much fun!! She is a big 10 year old paint mare who the other girls on the team have nicknamed “Helga” because of her size. Although I don’t think this name suites her, it’s fun to joke about with the girls!  I have been riding Baby for almost two years now and love every minute of it!

I have to tell you about the girls that I ride with… they are the most amazing, dedicated, and fun group of girls that I have ever ridden with! Over the past few years we have enjoyed many trips together, we have been challenged and have always risen to beat the challenges that we face, and have had many times to laugh and joke together and really get to know each other as sisters would. I would not be on this drill team without all of you girls, you are the BEST!!!!

I also would not be here without the love and support from my family! My husband Pat could not be more supportive to me! From building fences, to moving hay, helping clean the barn and take care of the horses, and riding together, he has really taken my horses and my hobby as his own. My parents have always supported me in whatever I decide to do in life. Although my mom is a little nervous, she is in the stands supporting me (with one eye open) each and every time we perform. My parents have always been my backbone and continue to do so even now that I am grown!

I am excited to see what the 2011 year brings for our team! I know that whatever we do, we will have a blast doing it! Stay tuned to our calendar to check out our upcoming events.
