LISA KIBLER

Welcome to my bio page and to our web site! I have been with this awesome team since late 2000. I feel so lucky to be part of such a special and talented team of woman that share the same love of this sport as I do.

I grew up on an old dairy farm and was always on a horse's back. In my younger years, besides wanting (of course) to be a jockey or a trick rider (ha, ha), I have always enjoyed going out for trail rides, gaming in 4-H, and best of all competing in rodeo. Being on a rodeo drill team, I am able to combine the awesome sport of rodeo with the team aspect of drill.

Riding with American Made, I am able to spend a lot of time with close friends & family.  My mom (Liz), sister (Petee), and one of my best friend (Corrine) belong on the team with me.  Both my mom and dad rode and drilled our entire childhood.  It has definitely been a family sport.  I have 3 very different Quarter Horses.  Two mares, Suzie and Taxi, and my grumpy gelding, Rollie.  They are all super fun and all so different.  This season, I will be mostly riding Suzie.  But you never know what will end up!

When I am not drilling on my sweet, kindhearted and plump mare, Suzie, you will find me at my salon.  In October of 2006 I opened LoneStar Salon.   I get to spend my days doing what I love to do, hair! And also get to spend my days with my beautiful and talented co-workers.  I am very blessed to have such a fun job and extremely loyal clients that support my habit of horses.  I am also very lucky to have my hubby, Andy to also help support me in all my craziness.  We have been together for many, many years and finally tied the knot in October 2009.

Thank you for visiting my bio page and learning about this wonderful team!
